Left Hand Pattern - Ballad Ten Pattern

The ballad 10 piano pattern is a beautiful pattern because it creates a nice gentle flow that is easy on the ears. This piano pattern is created by playing the 1st, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 10th. Just pick the key you want to play in and choose your starting tone and count the keys. Lets say we are going to play in the key of C Major....

Scale of C Major- c-d-e-f-g-a-b-c-d-e-f-g-a-b-c  

If we start on the note c we get- c-g-c-d-e

If we start on the note a we get- a-e-a-b-c
